Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Shopscout service operated by Shopscout ("us", "we", or "our").

Agreement to Terms​

By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the service.

Use License​

Permission is granted to temporarily use Shopscout for personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Shopscout's website

Acceptable Use​

You are responsible for the content you add to your storefront, including product listings, descriptions, and images. You must ensure that:

  • All content is accurate and not misleading
  • You have the right to use and display all content
  • Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
  • Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations

Shopscout allows you to use affiliate links in your storefront. You are solely responsible for:

  • Compliance with all affiliate program terms and conditions
  • Disclosing affiliate relationships as required by law
  • Any issues arising from your use of affiliate links

Payment Terms​

If you choose a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Termination​

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Disclaimer​

The materials on Shopscout's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Shopscout makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Limitations​

In no event shall Shopscout or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Shopscout's website, even if Shopscout or a Shopscout authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Revisions​

Shopscout may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.
